Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Surroundings

I really enjoyed the classic luxurious feel of the resort. It reminded me of stepping into a movie set. I especially loved the horse statues and art that emphasized the classic atmosphere throughout the hotel. I appreciated the tranquility of the green polo grounds, a welcome escape from city life. The elegant room design and balcony overlooking the horse riders were nice.
The sports bar felt a little outdated with its basic dart boards and pool table. Better quality darts could improve the experience.

The front desk staff provided very calm and patient assistance during check-in, fulfilling every request thoroughly. Rosella was cute and humble. I found Kashif to be very helpful when we needed something.

The resort provided a tranquil escape from the repetitive city life with an abundance of nature. There were no high-rise buildings directly visible from the hotel. I found it a moment of peace and tranquility, away from the bustle of crowds.
